Our memory support program is available through direct admittance. For families living in the Chicago area or in Elmhurst, it’s a great comfort to know their loved one is close by and receiving the finest care available.
Specialized training
Caregiving staff who work in memory support all receive 12 hours of training each year, learning about the pathology of Alzheimer’s Disease, the types and causes of memory loss, and the latest forms of treatment. This training equips our staff to design customized service plans that improve quality of life.

We build relationships with our residents to learn as much as possible about their interests and background, so we can make meaningful connections through relevant activities. And we do all this in a secure environment that enhances safety.

Our specially trained staff can offer hope, relief and peace of mind for the whole family. Family members often work with us to build connections, but they’re free to step back and get the rest they need, knowing we’re here to care for their loved ones, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
